有一位姑娘她爱上了一个穷小子，但是他们明知道这不可能。她的父亲像豺狼一样咆哮，威胁如果她胆敢不嫁给他挑选的那位家境殷实的使君而要跟穷小子结婚，他就一刀剁了他们俩。私奔吧，那就私奔。当他听说自己叛逆的女儿竟然怀了一个农夫的私生子，他满含羞耻杀死了不肖女，把她和她的罪孽一把火烧光。 

原来封建专制的家长和地位带来的爱情悲剧不只在中国出现，若干年前的冰天雪地里也一模一样地一遍遍重演。只不过同样的故事结局却不尽然，董永和七仙女固然是过上了幸福美好的生活，杜十娘发脾气丢了金银珠宝，祝英台更在体弱多病的梁山伯病故后投河殉情，无数穷小子和他们的恋人都只好以自己的生命来热烈表达爱情和反抗压迫。

青年农夫不这么想。他提了宝剑找上门，取了豺狼的首级。虎毒不食子，这禽兽不如的东西竟然一把火都烧死了，她是他活下来的希望，血债必定得有血来偿，吃进去的骨头就要一根一根吐出来！这已经濒临崩溃的男人提着凶手的首级一步一步走向悬崖，扑入崖下猛烈的白色风暴里。在山崖下他睁开眼睛，看到了他甜美如花的新娘，抱着他最心肝的儿子，他们从此幸福地生活在一起。

《Old Tale》这样的叙事诗篇在其他的乐队作品中并不十分多见，出自2005年的专辑《Voice of Wilderness》，像Ensiferum的《Lai Lai Hei》一样经典且广为流传。
